Basic Purpose
• To provide purchasing services for all of Rochester Public Schools.
• To ensure all proper purchasing systems are in place.
• To develop accurate purchasing policies and procedures.

What We Do
• Provide service in the areas of purchasing supplies, equipment and services through RFP's, quotes, and bids
• Provide Skyward training and support
• Maintain the public surplus website for disposal of all District surplus. Contact us to list an item on the site
• Maintain and monitor the District's P-Cards
• Develops and maintains vendor contracts and monitors certificates of insurance and safety policies with all out vendors
• Develop positive relations with vendors and enforce district purchasing policies and procedures
• Continue to be quality learners

Who We Do It For
Our customers are students, teachers, support staff, administrators, and the School Board.

When We Do It Well, These Things Will Happen
