To change your direct deposit:
out the Bank Authorization Form.
Due by the 20th of the month you wish to initiate the change.
To have your pay deposited in two different accounts:
The second direct deposit can only be to First Alliance.
It must be a fixed dollar amount.
Closed accounts may delay your paycheck for up to a week or more
until we have the correct bank account.
Notify Insurance Services if you
have the Flexible Spending Account.
