Hospital/Homebound Services
Hospital / Homebound tutoring is for students who are unable to attend school for an extended period of time due to a medical condition.

Before beginning instruction, verification is needed from a placing authority, such as a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, judge, or other court-appointed authority, that the student is absent from, or predicted to be absent from, school for 15 consecutive days.
